Phone interview, then in person, and then a follow up in-person for job offer. For the phone interview it was with a panel of 3 people. In person was the same and they asked questions about experience.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Name one problem that happened at work and how you solved it
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at RTX (Tucson, AZ) in Apr 2015
Interview
First there is a phone screening which is a 20 minute long conversation to learn the more about what is already on your resume. The recruiter asks questions about what you are like on paper and off paper and gets a feel for your background.
About a month later (or more) you may get invited to a hiring event. This is typically at the site that you applied for the internship. Raytheon pays for all of your expenses there and back. The two day hiring event includes information sessions, site tours, a networking event, and a final interview.
The interview is panel style, usually three people from different backgrounds interview you at the same time, for about 30-45 minutes.

Question 1
1. What do you enjoy about your major, what type of work in that field do you find most interesting?
2. Why did you choose that minor?
3. Tell me about this job experience...
4. How do you handle failure?
5. Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
6. Why do you want to work here?
The rest was just like a normal conversation.
I applied to the position online. I got an email asking about availability for a phone interview a few weeks after (Holiday season might have had an effect on response time). The interview mostly was them talking about the different departments they worked on and not too many questions about me.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at RTX (Tucson, AZ) in Mar 2018
Interview
Got a call to schedule an in-person interview at a mass hiring event in Tucson. 2 day process: One day full of information about Raytheon and a networking event following that. You are given an opportunity to network with other teams to secure more opportunities. Next day is full of interviews and hiring decision is made later that day
