I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at RTX (Waterloo, ON) in Dec 2010
Interview
Very polite, two people - HR person and regional manager. Pretty much standard questions - why do you consider yourself suitable for the position, salary expectation, do you consider yourself a lucky person, etc.
Not too many tech questions. Got " thank you, but, no thank you" letter, may be because of the salary stated - 75000/year.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at RTX (Tucson, AZ) in Mar 2026
Interview
The interview process was straightforward and professional. It started with basic questions about my background, experience, and interest in the position. The interviewer also asked about my technical knowledge, work history, and how my previous experience connected to the role. Overall, it felt organized and respectful.
really simple, they do a super day of interviews asking you about your background and do a deep dive into ur technical background. They didn't ask me any coding questions specifically, but they did focus a lot on culture
