RTX cannot bother to put any real time or effort into finding candidates. They do nothing except degrading HireVue Interviews. I have never been rejected from a job after a legitimate interview. With RTX’s HireVues I am decline before ever speaking to a real person. Very bad and degrading experience. Seems like they don’t even get viewed by a human.
