RTX Subcontract Manager interview questions

The steps were outlined in the email very thoroughly and easy to follow in order to set up the virtual interview. The interviewing team were very knowledgable and asked pertinent questions.

The interview was a round table with three interviewers. They asked standard questions about why I desired to work for Raytheon and why in this specific role. They then asked some role specific questions aimed at assessing experience in role requirements. They then took the time to elaborate on the details of the role and the benefits of employment with Raytheon. Overall a great experience and a very professional interview.
