Two round, each time with the same panel of 3 people. Run of the mill questions, as well as org-centric questions. Didnt look at or ask questions about my work which I thought was strange given the position. They were mostly concerned about your opinion of their work and culture. They were late for all interviews, without contacting me although I was waiting in a building without a receptionist and didnt know if I was even in the right place. Most importantly, they set the interviews back to back, which meant that I ran into other applicants both times. They should really take applicant's privacy more seriously.
