Phone screening and then a video interview with the marketing head who, by their own volition, was hired out of college and began as a designer. Many esoteric questions such as favorite brands, writing styles, technical vs creative writing

The most bizarre interview of my life. Didn’t care about the actual work, and was interrupted to asked scripted generic questions. Seemed more into people collecting, rather than quality candidates.
