A very unprofessional and impersonal interview process that took many weeks to complete and involved sending HR many additional documents. Eventually I interviewed with two uncommunicative engineers and an incompetent Stromberg HR. No one had read my application, or job description. Atmosphere was very poor, and there was a lot of silence. I do not think they knew what they wanted. 80K€ pa salary expectation did not prevent interview invitation. Job and interview was in english, but interviewers were not up to the task. No job offer made – strong impression that this was a third-rate RWE division.
