I applied online. Someone at the company sent my resume to the hiring manager which helped me get an interview. It went well. Hiring manager asked about my experience in healthcare recruiting, mostly process questions and approach. Got a second round interview with two Directors. They asked a lot of behavioral questions and culture fit questions. They said third round would be with VP of recruitment. Didn't get the third interview. Everyone was really nice throughout.
