I was put forward for an interview with RWS translations by a recruitment agency. An offer was made for a Skype interview at a time and date set by RWS. The Interview was conducted by 2 members of staff, with one interviewer asking all questions and the other taking notes. The tone of the interview was fairly negative, focusing on faults and weaknesses without being given the opportunity to discuss strengths.
