RWS Group Software Test Engineer interview questions

The questions were quite basic — things like the difference between verification and validation, smoke vs. sanity testing, and an example of a high severity, low priority issue. However, the overall experience was disappointing. The interviewer seemed more interested in hearing specific textbook answers than actually listening to my responses. He repeatedly interrupted mid-answer, often nitpicking over minor wording differences from what he clearly expected to hear. Although the interview was scheduled for an hour, I chose to end the call after just 12 minutes due to the unprofessional conduct.
