I was contacted by a recruiter who scheduled my first interview with the Director of Compliance, which went great. He walked me through the company's history and what the position entails, as well as mentioning my skills are perfect for this role. He scheduled me for my second interview with the Manager at the end of the interview. In my second round (3 days later), the Manager was wonderful to talk to, she did a more in-depth run-down of my day-to-day responsibilities. Both interviews felt more like a conversation with in-between interview questions, mixed with me mentioning my skills and experience that would match this role.
