First heard back from HR after applying a few weeks prior, had an initial behavioral 10-minute teams conversation with HR, then an excel modeling assessment. Immediately after the assessment, I had a second round of interviews with other members of the team with focus on experience and professional interests. The final round was speaking with the president of the division the role was under for more background as well as understanding of what the role entailed. Everyone was friendly, professional, and easy to talk to.
