Interview
It was quite tense at beginning, but then it will get better eventually. Breath out and relax. Be confident in the thing that you want to say. I recommend to not hold any grudge pro-interview.

Interview
The worst recruitment process I ever encountered. It feels like the company doesn't know what they are looking for and every other day is posting a listing with similar job title and never recruit anyone. Looking up on Linkedin they haven't hired anyone for any of these roles but keep posting jobs on Indeed and other platforms. Don't wait your time and don't get your hopes high, you'll probably never hear back from the company since they are not planning on filling that role anyways.

Question 1
Why are you not filling roles you are advertising online?
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at RYU Apparel (Vancouver, BC) in Apr 2019
Interview
Interview process was good, it was a good conversation. It wasn't a typical structured HR interview, much more conversational. The process went off the rail when the manager did NO follow up on the interview, and when I reached out they gave vague answers that didn't tell me whether or not I was a viable candidate, and combined with the fact I needed to follow up with them (vice versa) left a bad impression. Generally I realized that this was a place I didn't want to work with the laissez-faire attitude in the head office. However I find the service in the stores top notch, and I find the products/clothing is also SUPER top notch, so I'll continue to be a client and cheer them on that way.
