Two part interview process, first interview with direct line manager and team member, second interview with Department head.
Second interview was behavioural, with situation scenarios.
Nice people and interview was quite relaxed.

Clear and straightforward process. Clear & timely feedback receive. It focuses a lot on cultural fit and team fit, but your qualifications can also help. I think it's more difficult to get an interview than doing the interview.

2 step interviews, with team members and team lead , then final offer . Each interview is around 45 minutes , very punctual, no bs questions. Recruiter is efficient and effective, ready to help

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Rabobank in Dec 2023
Interview
I received a rejection just one day after submitting my application, despite my resume aligning with 90% of the job requirements (based on experience, skills and/or qualities). The rejection email stated other candidates being a better fit for the position. Seeking further insight, I requested feedback but received no response. Interestingly, the position is still posted on LinkedIn.
