Rabobank Senior .NET Developer interview questions

Two parts of the interview - cultural and technical - were conducted together, with a greater focus on cultural fit rather than technical ability. However, I feel that the interview process was not fair for a skilled developer such as myself. I was not given any assignments to showcase my abilities, and I believe that the stress factor in interviews was not taken into consideration.
