I applied online and then got phone interview a month later. The phone interview took about 30 minutes. After that I was called in for an onsite interview. I interviewed with three people from my department, I got an offer over the phone the next day.

Tell about your past experiences that make you a good fit for this role
2 Interviews back-to-back with a team member and hiring manager. Mostly behavioral questions with some personal in the mix. Interviews are back to back on Zoom, so technically, it's not a panel.

Tell me about a time you managed a difficult teammate and how you communicated with them?
It was an easy 30 min interview on zoom. The interviewers only asked behavioral questions. I didn't get an offer but our personalities didn't match well. They seem to mostly hire from kennesaw.
They quickly set up an interview and got back to me the next day. They got to know me as a person. Prepare to answer questions about your role and answering basic self-reflection interview questions about yourself.
