I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Radancy (Chicago, IL) in May 2015
Interview
Referred through an employee at the time, 2 round interview process. There was a phone screening process and then the first round in-person was with 2 different Account Directors and the last round with a Client Strategist. Definitely painted a different picture for me than the reality of the job, but it is what it is.
Two virtual interviews after a phone screen. Relatively casual. Mostly asking about past experience and what I was looking for. It was an entry-level role so really just looking to see if I was a fit for the opening.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Radancy in Dec 2022
Interview
Very basic interview. However, the HR was very unprofessional. She seemed to be very distracted. Prior to that interview, we had briefly discussed salary exceptions, and was asking again during the interview. When asked if that could be a bit flexible, she said that this is not going to work as I'm not a good fit. I followed up with an email, which she never responded.

Question 1
tell me about yourself, walk me through your resume
Interviewers were incredibly kind, friendly and informative about the process and role. I asked lots of questions to get a better understanding of the role and after the interview felt confident that I knew what the role entailed.
