Had a disappointing interview experience. What was supposed to be a technical round turned into a discussion about my marital status and family planning, asked by an all-male panel. No job-related questions were asked. Instead, I was made to justify every job switch and answer questions that were personal, intrusive, and irrelevant to the role. Such behavior reflects poorly on the company’s values. Personal choices like marriage and family should never be part of an interview process.
Advice: Train your panel to focus on skills, not gender or life decisions.
