RadioShack Manager In Training interview questions

Brief, with a manager that didn't know what he was doing, even though he ran the largest Radio Shack in the state. My resume, experience, and education were overkill for the position and I got the job without any problems. Quite unprofessional and the manager had stains on his shirt, and they didn't look like they had just gotten there that day. They looked like old stains. His grammar was horrific. I couldn't believe he was actually a manager of such a company. How little knowledge to the products and services offered so I had to do most of my learning without assistance from him. One of the worst experiences in my life.

Calm interview, very personal connection with management. They sit you down and explain the job and the hours they are expecting of you. This is very important, the company is on a downward spiral, and they cannot spare more hours - if they say 15 hours; they probably mean 12-15. They then explain the discounts and the compensation that you can get. The more you sell the bigger your paycheck is.
