I whad an initial interview with the team, followed by a thorough in-person interview. The questions were well thought out, and I appreciated the clear expectations regarding the role and the qualities they were seeking in a candidate. During the in-person interview, I was interviewed by the office manager, who was not only attentive and professional but also made me feel comfortable throughout the process.
Very quick two stage process. Pleasant interviews over zoom, with 3 different members of staff. Standard competency and culture fit questions asked and very quick turnaround on different stages of the interview.
