I applied in-person. I interviewed at Raising Cane's (Las Vegas, NV) in May 2014
Interview
Round table interview when new location opened up. I was asked basic questions from all the managers from the different locations. They divided us into two rounds. The people chosen for the second round were the ones to be hired. They gave options for a couple different locations if wanted.
Fairly easy, asked fair questions. Asked about my work history and relevant skills. Why I wanted to work for the company and my desired shifts. They gave me free food afterwords but I wouldn’t guarantee that will happen to you, depending on location.
one round, simple questions, pure behavioral. doesn't go to much into past experiences. focuses on how to handle situations and how to deal with them. Be able to speak about yourself and talk about how you will contribute. if you want to work front make sure you can show how to clearly communicate
