I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Raising Cane's (Las Vegas, NV) in Jun 2020
Interview
Interviewer forgot to call me on the scheduled interview. I needed to follow-up after at least a week and find out what could have been the issue with my schedule, then she rescheduled and told me she might have called the wrong number? How come I got the emails and text messages for the interview reminder. When the interview day came, she was in a hurry and you can tell that she's not ready for the interview because she's driving! She called just for the sake of calling due to being rescheduled. Interview didn't even last 5 minutes. I wasn't given a fair chance to undergo the process since my initial scheduled interview was ignored and the second one was typical hi, hello, goodbye conversation. Very frustrating and unprofessional!

During your interview process, you get a feel for the job. It's fairly easy and effective. I'd say, you are asked about yourself and conflict management. As well as teamwork and how effectively you work as a team.
