I applied online. I interviewed at Raising Cane's (Forney, TX) in Jun 2020
Interview
Due to the coronavirus having us take more precautions at the time, the interview process after submitting my application was all throughout a call I received (I believe precovid or even now if I'm correct is in person at the restaurant) basically asking me questions about why I want to work here, what I would do in a scenario, how I've dealt with challenges in the past etc. From there they evaluate the interviewees and they'll let you know if you got the job through a call.
The process was friendlier than I expected while we talked mostly about the skills that I possessed and what would my contribution to the company be. Overall the experience though me a lot about how to present one self in a formal setting.
Very welcoming and got back to me quickly. The managers there are super talkative so don't be worried about anyone being too weird. A lot of them are on the younger side as well, so that's a plus.
It was easy. Managers didn’t ask anything besides availability. Make sure to seem very cheerful and enthusiastic and they’ll hire you on the spot. The interview probably lasted around 15-20 minutes. Cannot stress how easy it was
