I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Raising Cane's (Baton Rouge, LA)
Interview
The interview was very simple and to the point. The manager made the interview process enjoyable. I was asked a series of questions, and answered honestly. They went over my resume with me, and wanted to get to know me a little to make sure that I was a great fit for the position.
The process was friendlier than I expected while we talked mostly about the skills that I possessed and what would my contribution to the company be. Overall the experience though me a lot about how to present one self in a formal setting.
Very welcoming and got back to me quickly. The managers there are super talkative so don't be worried about anyone being too weird. A lot of them are on the younger side as well, so that's a plus.
It was easy. Managers didn’t ask anything besides availability. Make sure to seem very cheerful and enthusiastic and they’ll hire you on the spot. The interview probably lasted around 15-20 minutes. Cannot stress how easy it was
