Interview
The Interview was not stressful. I consider it an "easy" interview but I've had a few in my time and college trained me well in this regard. I've had some other training as well in this area. I was very well prepared and so I believe most of my interviews are fairly easy. I believe my thorough / lengthy Resume says much they need to know - and I believe he needed to know that the Resume was truthful - so I think a few questions were to test that. I talked about my previous employers and my roles and responsibilities, and we went into some deeper discussions / questions there. They asked me a few simple technical questions - which seemed so simple that if I got them wrong I think it would have been a red flag. The Department Head stressed quality and safety in the job, in which I was glad to hear.
