I had applied for back end engineer position.Telephonic call was scheduled for 30 minutes and they use codinghire.com to test the coding skills. Question was fairly simple and I was able to solve it in given time and few general questions like background, hashmap,mongodb vs sql db were asked. I was pretty confident that I will be considered for next round. Once I emailed them asking for the feedback of my interview, immediately got a automated rejection response.

Interview
First-ever coding interview, so I prepared as best as I could but I guess it wasn't good enough. I was handed over to a different recruiter for consideration for another role, but it was some young gal who sounded like she was trying to check off boxes. My experience doesn't fit into their boxes, so it looks like we're not a good fit.

Coding test was the Fizz Buzz question with additional elements progressively added to it, so they want to see what level of coding skill you are at.

Initially contacted by LinkedIn message. Then the phone interview with online coding challenge. The interviewer is not very polite and professional. As a seasoned programmer, I am surprised to know that feedback was I do not know the basic of computer science. It was a joke.
