Interview
The process let me as a candidate get a strong sense of the company and the role. It was important to Ramsey that I interview them and get an in-depth perspective on leadership, the culture and what winning looks like. I was encouraged to ask any and all questions to help me in my decision to join the team. I rated the interview as difficult not as a negative, but because the process is so thorough. It’s a longer process than some may be accustomed to, however at the end of it, both Ramsey and the candidate should be very sure about the decision. I love how I was encouraged to interview them as much as they were interviewing me.

I was asked about my skill set, my experience in leadership, how I work on growth, why Ramsey would be a good place for me, what I’m looking for in leadership and many more questions.
Long process with multiple interactions. Also the best way we can sense what’s going on wand see the best direction that made the way forward fine and therefore did get planned.

The process was very thorough. The rigor behind it ensured we were both making the right decision that would result in a long term commitment. Ramsey Solutions wants both sides to be sure and they invest a ton of time in candidates.

Interview with recruiter was very informative and productive. She asked questions to help me and her decide if I was the right fit for the job. If I were willing to relocate I would have definitely moved further in the process.
