It started with a phone interview to ask about my availability and goals with working at the credit union. The second interview was scheduled in person at the main branch near I-35 and 1604, though this was a few years back.

They asked about a difficult situation I had at work with management or a fellow employee and how I handled the confrontation.

Interview
Filled out application and within a week was contacted for a brief phone interview then was invited for in person interview. Phone interview went over previous experience and description of position. Day after interview I was offered the position.
