Filled out paper application and presented resume. Just 1 interview with DON next day. Pretty average questions. How many years experienced. Have you worked in LTC before? Are you able to be a float and fill in where needed due to call offs/short staffing circumstances. Are you a team player? Have you supervised CNA'S before.
