The interview process with Randstad was well organized and efficient. The subsequent rounds with their client spanned over two months, during which I met with two VPs and even prepared a detailed 90-day plan to demonstrate my strong interest in the role. However, discussions around compensation proved challenging. The Managing Director at Randstad showed limited consideration for my experience and skill set, negotiating down to negligible differences. Additionally, a request for a modest phone allowance was denied. Ultimately, the arrangement did not move forward. Moral of the story: Randstad is not of head hunter standard. Know this before entering into discussion with them.
