- Relaxed telephone conversation and they invited me in for an interview
- Met Josh who showed me around the office and had a 20 minute conversation about the role and what i currently do, rang me earlier that day and invited me in for a formal interview
- Met Lee and Chris who did a formal interview, they called me back within 5 days and offered me the role.

There will be physical interviews with different managers to get a better understanding of yourself. once you’ve passed those, last interview will be with the country director to see if you’re a good fit with the culture

Was a very quick interview to see my understanding of the role and how I could apply myself and why I wanted the role. Also wanted to gauge how I would fit into the culture

nice people, good questions, happy to answer any questions had as well. good to know about company in good detail. good environment in office too.
