I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Randstad (Sheffield, England) in Nov 2020
Interview
4 stage virtual interviews with the recruiter, branch manager, regional manager. Interviews consisted of competancy based questions, previous experience and a presentation related to the business. There was also a timed assessment online after the first interview which consisted of questions relating to how you work and how you deal with issues. The recruiter, Zoe, was amazing and was helpful throughout the process! She answered any questions I had and made me feel really comfortable, her support really helped which was lovely. My hiring manager was also really friendly and kept my regulary updated at each stage which contributed to me accepting the offer right away! Overall, a great experience!
