Phone screen with HR Director. Invited down for an interview to understand which area of recruitment I was interested in, a psychometric test, followed by interview with the Directors and eventually teh last round with the Country Manager.

There will be physical interviews with different managers to get a better understanding of yourself. once you’ve passed those, last interview will be with the country director to see if you’re a good fit with the culture

nice people, good questions, happy to answer any questions had as well. good to know about company in good detail. good environment in office too.
