I was contacted by a recruiter via LinkedIn. The process was lengthy, but I was kept very well informed throughout the interviews. I was sent on an initial interview, then a job shadow.
4 round of interview , normal method of hiring, normal questions you can expect, no test was required, they described a longterm perspective for employment , normal bonuses , regular client base with potential new ones

The interview process depends on the role and company you are interviewing for. I only had a two step interview process. I had one screen with a recruiter at Randstad and one with the company I was interviewing for.
