Meeting with HR, the management and Senior Management over the course of a week. Each interview was around 1 hour in person or on the phone to access my experiences, achievements and expectations. What I was looking for in my next role within Randstad, also what they had in mind for me. Whilst selling the Randstad dream all along.

There will be physical interviews with different managers to get a better understanding of yourself. once you’ve passed those, last interview will be with the country director to see if you’re a good fit with the culture

There will be scenarios to test your response to rejections from clients and candidates - to get an understanding of how well you respond to rejections/queries in terms of behaviour and tactfulness
Was a very quick interview to see my understanding of the role and how I could apply myself and why I wanted the role. Also wanted to gauge how I would fit into the culture

nice people, good questions, happy to answer any questions had as well. good to know about company in good detail. good environment in office too.
