I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Randstad US (Oklahoma City, OK) in Jun 2016
Interview
They changed the title from Staffing Consultant to Staffing Manager. It is not a manager position in any way, shape, or form. I barely talked during the interview, the person interviewing me barely let me get a word in and when I did my questions were kind of answered, but then circled around to my same question re-worded and pushed back to me.

Application
I interviewed at Randstad US (Memphis, TN)
Interview
Two interviews one virtual one with manager on site. I was asked about my previous experience and why interested in staffing. I was told about the standards of the position but not in depth regarding metrics, kpis, or performance requirements.
Interview process was for an interview to review experience and knowledge pertaining to the job and company with the interviewers. Well coordinated and easy to answer questions. Very well put together and great
I had someone reach out on linked in and I had 1 interview over the phone and another in person - interviews were basic and pretty easy. They asked about my experience with recruiting.
