Pretty fast process and straight to the point in what the job is and if you can perform the duties. They do a personality quiz to make sure you are compatible for the position you are hiring for. They set my following interview pretty fast, next day. So be ready for everything to go pretty fast, they don't prolong it which is amazing!
Two interviews one virtual one with manager on site. I was asked about my previous experience and why interested in staffing. I was told about the standards of the position but not in depth regarding metrics, kpis, or performance requirements.
Interview process was for an interview to review experience and knowledge pertaining to the job and company with the interviewers. Well coordinated and easy to answer questions. Very well put together and great
