Interview
It was relatively easy. I was recruited on LinkedIn for a staffing manager position. I completed one phone interview, and one in person interview. Both were informative and conversational and left me feeling confident about the interview.
Two interviews one virtual one with manager on site. I was asked about my previous experience and why interested in staffing. I was told about the standards of the position but not in depth regarding metrics, kpis, or performance requirements.
Interview process was for an interview to review experience and knowledge pertaining to the job and company with the interviewers. Well coordinated and easy to answer questions. Very well put together and great
I had someone reach out on linked in and I had 1 interview over the phone and another in person - interviews were basic and pretty easy. They asked about my experience with recruiting.
