Ranjana is out of touch with reality. Easy interview process, but she obviously doesn't know how to run a business. She didn't even know the daily functions of the role she was hiring for/gave the position to someone else because she "forgot" we agreed on a one-week decision period instead of three days. She then hired me only for me to die of boredom with the lack of work.
