Very typical interview process. Two phone interviews, first being with HR, and the second being a technical interview. Third interview was in person, met with HR as well as my future supervisor and future colleague. The in person had less technical questions than the phone interview as that was mostly accomplished in the second phone call. Very typical help desk type questions were brought up in the interview process over the phone, while the in person seemed more like a "does this person fit in with the team" type of questions.
