      Innovative Business Developer Interview

      16 Mar 2010
      Anonymous interview candidate
      San Francisco, CA
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Rapleaf (San Francisco, CA) in Dec 2009

      Interview

I had an initial phone interview with the recruiter which was great. I have interviewed all the way up to a C-level executive at a Fortune 100 company, and she did very well interviewing me. My second phone interview (I was across the country from the company) was with the Business Development Manager which acted like a high school kid saying "like" and sounding unprofessional with irrelevant questions. He was very poor at delivering the questions. He couldn't have been older than 20. I was interested in the company, but once I talked to him, I didn't want to even talk to anyone else.
