I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Rasa Floors (Phoenix, AZ) in Jan 2024
Interview
Interviewed with vp of sales and manager. Great people and easy to talk to. They asked the normal questions and how I planned to grow the territory. First interview was on the phone and so was the next.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Rasa Floors (Annandale, VA) in May 2025
Interview
I appreciate the opportunity to interview, but I wanted to share some honest feedback about the experience. The process felt lengthy and lacked clarity—there were no expectations set by HR about the number of steps or what each stage would involve. I participated in three interviews and an assessment, only to be declined without any feedback or further consideration.
Additionally, all three interviews covered nearly identical questions, which made the process feel more like a checklist than a genuine effort to understand my personality, experience, or critical thinking ability. It didn’t feel like the interviewers were trying to assess the full scope of a candidate’s potential.
I hope this feedback is helpful in improving the experience for future candidates.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Rasa Floors (New York, NY) in Jun 2016
Interview
I was called in for an interview and among 6 people. At the time that included the customer care supervisors and the HR team. It was a relaxed setting but they asked about prior careers, salaries, the reason why I left my previous place of employment, and where I saw myself in 5 to 10 years. I quite enjoyed the interview process and even came back for a job preview the following week. After that they called me with an offer which I accepted.
