I applied online via RASA's website. I had 3 rounds in total: HR interview, technical interview, and founder interview. The hiring process was very well expressed in the beginning. Since the position that I applied for is a working student role, the hiring process is shorter than full-time positions. During the first 30 minutes HR call, I had been told clearly what the whole hiring process gonna be, what the next steps are, and when they will give me feedback. The technical interview was to complete a coding challenge together with my future manager. That was an enjoyable task for me. The last founder interview was great. I got the chance to ask questions to the head of engineering and the founder. They also asked me some challenging questions. The hiring process is well-structured and professional. HR also gave me the feedback of all 3 rounds in the end. Overall, it was an excellent experience.
