One 30-minute screening call with the hiring manager, followed by a two-hour interview with the hiring manager and a senior employee.
Afterward, they asked me to do the most involved skills test for a content role I've ever encountered: a health tech trends assessment, blog outline, 500 - 700 word blog draft, content strategy plan, and content distribution plan. About 8 hours of work total, not counting research time – which should've been a red flag.
After more than 6 weeks of radio silence and two follow up emails, I finally received a generic rejection letter. The interview process as is displays a serious lack of respect for employees' time. I would not recommend applying for this role.
