One of the weirdest interviews I've ever had. I was interviewed by two people who clearly hadn't prepared for the interview, which is fine. But it felt like they had never interviewed anyone before. Ever. For any position.
They asked me to walk them through my resume, but then the one guy actually said, "we've never interviewed for an estimator before. I don't know what questions to ask."
They didn't ask me any standard interview questions, but randomly pulled like two more questions out of the air. One of them was, "if you were going to estimate this desk and credenza, how would you do it?" It's kind of a weird and stupid question.
They told me about the position and the company. One guy had to leave for a conference call. The other one asked if I had any questions but clearly wanted to wrap up, so we did.
