Cons:
Post-interview communication is severely lacking. Despite completing two rounds of interviews, including a coding round, a technical and live coding round, a behavioral round, and a techno-managerial round, there has been no feedback or update on the application status for two weeks.
This ghosting behavior is highly unprofessional and reflects poorly on the company's candidate management practices.
This not justify the absence of communication; all candidates deserve timely feedback.
