Well done. No complaints and really had a good conversation with each of the managers. Would recommend for someone to at least go through the interview back then. That’s about it

Interview
Unprofessional, Immoral, and Disorganized Hiring Process
I passed the initial phone screen with the recruiter, John Waechter, who unfortunately lacked key knowledge about the sales team—he was unable to provide basic information such as quotas, sales cycles, the percentage of reps hitting targets, or deal sizes. Despite this, I was moved forward to an in-person interview the next day, where I met the CEO (Bobby Marhamat), the Director of Sales (Houman A.), and two others. The interview was informal and conversational, but again, there was little to no discussion of sales-related topics.
Following the interview, John extended a verbal offer and assured me he would follow up in two days. I specifically asked if the offer was firm and if I could share the news with close family, and he confirmed.
However, after this, I was completely ghosted. Multiple follow-up emails went unanswered, and even when I called the hiring manager directly, he seemed caught off-guard and surprised. This level of unprofessionalism is astonishing and reflects poorly on the company's ethics.
I strongly advise against applying here. As other reviews have mentioned, trust the negative feedback— the positive reviews at this company are fake.

Interview process was very smooth and the recruiter was phenomenal. Really prepared you and was a great resource to understand the company, role, expectations and help prepare. The company seems to have a great in office culture.
