Interview
The interview process was quick and efficient(front to back i believe it took less that 5 weeks to get an offer. I was always in the loop on what would happen next. Unlike some other big companies in the industry they seemed to respect my experience through the hiring process.

Question 1
Of course they asked me about past experience, there were some questions about how I handle rejection, for the most part I felt like it was more of a vetting of my character, which made the interviews very personalized, conversational and comfortable.
My interview process at Raymond James was a thorough exploration of my skills and aspirations. I engaged in multiple rounds, showcasing my financial knowledge and passion. Unfortunately, I was not selected for the financial advisor role, but the experience provided valuable insights and learning opportunities.
