I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Raymond James Financial (Vancouver, BC) in Mar 2013
Interview
Brief telephone conversation with the branch administrator and was invited to an interview at the office where I was advised I may meet some or all of the 4 team members that the position is supporting.
Lovely office with a great view of Hotel Vancouver. I was interviewed by the branch administrator and the senior administration assistant to the team, and 3 of the 4 team members came in and out for about a 10 minute sit in.
Asked your standard questions, what did you like best in your most recent position, what did you dislike the most, strengths, what I am looking for and where do I see myself in 5 years.
One question that did catch me off guard was: What type of people do you work best with.
After interview was finished I was promised twice I would find out by the end of the following week (interview was on a Wednesday). I was also told that their HR department would contact me to come in and do an aptitude test. Within an hour of leaving I was contacted and a meeting set up the next morning in office. At this aptitude test, I was also given an application form where I had to advise my SIN and personal info as well as sign that I was willing for a background check. I thought for sure I had the job in the bag if they were going through all that trouble but I never heard from them and ended up following up with a phone call the Monday of the next week.

Question 1
What type of people do I work best with or like to work with.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Raymond James Financial (Toronto, ON)
Interview
I sent my resume through a job website. They call me for a phone interview and then they schedule an interview in person. The interview was for the 200 consumers road office. I feel I wasted my time going there. The interview had many personal questions that I thought to be irrelevant to the position.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Raymond James Financial (North York, ON) in Apr 2017
Interview
Actually i got 2 interviews from the other two different companies, and when i finish the first one i just wait outdoor of the second, which is 2 hours before the interview, and the manager of Raymond James was going to washroom, he saw me sat there then ask me "what are you doing here?" i said i was waiting for the interview for the company just beside his, and he read my resume, bring me to his office, did a very short interview, like" do you think you can handle this work""whats your salary expectation?", that's how life is! amazing, then i got my first job!
