Before my call interview, was asked to provide my experience using electronic equipment to troubleshoot hardware via email. Following my response, had a video call interview. The call interview was not technical. Questions were behavioral and revolved around team working capabilities.

The interview was simple and straight forward. I was not surprised by the questions asked and it was easy to talk to the interviewer. The process does go through multiple people in their HR department.
